What are the size and resolution requirements when uploading images?

We accept .jpg, .gif or .png files under 30MB. We require all files to be uploaded with a minimum of 150dpi to ensure the best quality and highest resolution print. If the file is not within our required dpi, we’ll be sure to let you know that an updated file is required.

What kind of materials are being used?

We use the highest quality wood moulding. This is essential in preventing the fading, burning, and cracking of art that is inevitable with pieces framed with low quality materials.

What kind of glass do you use?

We use acrylic in all of our frames. Acrylic is beautifully clear, limits glare, is less likely to shatter than glass, and offers increased UV protection (which means your art is well protected from the sun).

Can I customize the width of the mat?

Yes you can. Contact us at support@modaframing.com and one of our design experts will be able to assist you. Prices will vary.

How do I hang my frame?

With your order, we include picture hooks and hanging wire.

Can I make my order a gift?

We would love to send your gift! Be sure to select ‘gift’ in the shopping cart and write a note (optional). We will include a handwritten note and conceal the price on the packing slip.

Can you help edit my photos before framing?
Yes! Please send your image to support@modaframing.com with a detail description of edits you would like and one of our design experts will be in touch with you.
Can I order just a mat, frame or acrylic?
Yes, you can. Contact us at support@modaframing.com and let us know what you are interested in. One of our design experts will be in touch and assist you through the process. Prices will vary.

Where do you ship to?
At this time, we only ship throughout the United States. We are working on expanding our reach.
Is shipping free?
We are excited to offer free shipping! The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Returns

What is your return policy?
We do not offer refunds or exchanges but are happy to replace orders that arrive damaged. Simply send us an email at support@modaframing with your order number, photo image and description of the damage. We will review the information and begin the replacement process.
